WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM VIRTUAL BROW COACHING?

This service is exclusively designed for professionals who specialize in brow artistry and are ready to elevate their craft through expert coaching. To keep the focus clear, these sessions are not for artists who specialize in permanent makeup or eyebrow lamination.

HOW DOES THE COACHING WORK?

All sessions take place entirely via email. You’ll submit before and after photos showcasing your work with one client, and within five business days, I’ll return annotated images along with comprehensive written feedback. You can then apply this feedback to enhance your work moving forward. For the most accurate guidance, all submitted photos will be reviewed, but critiques will apply only to post-hair removal photos.

WHERE CAN I REVIEW THE FULL DETAILS OF MY BOOKED SESSION(S)?

A confirmation email will arrive in your inbox within 24h of your initial booking. Please take a moment to review the email as it will contain important information regarding the coaching process. Understanding these details will help you prepare and make the most of your sessions, ensuring you get everything possible from the experience.

CAN I SUBMIT MORE THAN ONE CLIENT AT A TIME?

Each session or series is dedicated to one client only. While the feedback and techniques you receive can be applied to your overall work, coaching and critiques will focus specifically on the client you submit for that session. If you need guidance for additional clients (such as those with complex or unique needs), you’re welcome to purchase separate sessions tailored to each case.

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME AFTER I SUBMIT MY PHOTOS?

You can expect your session critique within five business days of submitting all required materials. I take care to provide thoughtful, personalized guidance, so your patience is truly appreciated!

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE 3-PART SERIES?

This program is designed for long-term brow rehabilitation and includes three rounds of coaching focused on the same individual, with recommended check-ins at Month 1, Month 6, and Month 12. It offers consistent support throughout an entire brow growth cycle. Please note that full payment is required upfront, and all three sessions must be scheduled within 12 months of your initial submission. Unused sessions will expire 365 days after the first feedback is delivered.

WHAT IF COACHING SESSIONS ARE SOLD OUT WHEN I TRY TO BOOK?

Sessions are limited each week to ensure quality and personalized attention. If they’re fully booked, check back the following week or join the waitlist to be notified when availability opens up.

Please note: When demand is especially high, the waitlist may be temporarily closed to ensure I can provide the best possible experience for all clients.
